Hookah also known as water pipe or shisha, is a tobacco pipe with a long yet flexible tube that draws smoke through water contained in a bowl. The use of hookah became widely popular with its use accelerating rapidly especially among youth and women. Hookah is a device used to smoke a special type of tobacco that comes in amazing different flavors. The hookah accessories first carries charcoal, which is used to heat the tobacco.

The term hookah is derived from the word haqqa, which actually means “pot, jar” and “cavity or hollow”. Now this has different names too and one of the famous name is “shisha”. Abul-Fath Gilani, a Persian physician of Akbar in the Indian city of Fatehpur sikri during Mughal India, invented hookah. It started to spread from the Indian subcontinent to Persia first. Therefore, today hookah is much popular in the Middle East, Turkey and parts of Asia and Africa. Its most famous now among the college students of United States. “Narghiles” is the other name of hookah in English language.

There are many amazing flavors in hookah this time due to which it has gained a lot of importance and people now book it for their parties.

Some important hookah accessories are hookah foil that covers the bowl to separate the hot charcoal from the shisha tobacco. Hookah coal, ashtray and many other hookah parts play a vital role too.

Hence, hookah is now much famous among the youth and is a good source of spending good quality time with your friends. You can relax and enjoy it in different flavors. Although like every other thing it also has some bad effects so you must use it occasionally.
